Fitting bunks into a caravan

Hi all, I did a quick search but couldn't find what I was looking for in reference to fitting bunk beds into a caravan with either an L-shaped lounge or bench style loung.I have seen two caravans now for sale on the net with removeable bunks fitted over bench style lounges and was wondering if they were a custom fit or an aftermarket accessory? Any help will be appreciated.

We have an 2008 Imperial Special Edition with a retractable bunk over the L shaped dinette, it is a factory fit design that would be easy to replicate. The main advantage to this system, when retracted adults can still sit at dinette without interference.
The L shaped dinette can also convert into a double bed using the table top, for an 18ft van it can sleep up to 5 people easily ( allthough 5 people in an 18ft van on a rainy day can get on your nerves ). Email me and I will send you some photo's to show the folding arrangement.
