St George was the destination for the 2009 ExplorOz National Gathering.
Since that time there has been 3 Major Floods which have greatly affected the Community.
In support of the area being a great host during our National Gathering, why don't we return for a short period prior to
Easter to spend some much needed tourism $$ in the area.

I was in
St George yesterday morning and all I can say is WOW
The
Bridge was still closed but there was still water everywhere :(
There was sandflies and mozzies everywhere, but my family who were staying with me during the mandatory evacuation order are now
home safe and sound with no damage to their properties. Looks like they will be busy in the next couple of months helping others recover.
