Barefoot Roving is a publication that has been long coming.
To say that this book provides a great deal of information for the self sustained traveller is an understatement. Additionally, it has lots of old recipes and ideas that assist in the home.
Being a single person and one with a somewhat limited budget, the information contained therein will assist in the preparation of meals and other food items that a much tastier and more economically than what were done previously.
I would sincerely recommend it's purchase and utilisation.
