i would like to know if any readers have done or heard of the ls2 chev petrol to nissan tb45 automatic,info on fuel figures,fitups and reliability would be helpful,regards,mike

One of our customers had one fitted to a Navara, so I would assume it can be done to a Patrol. He was one very happy chappy. Oodles of grunt and he reckoned it was reasonably economical.
From memory he had the Chev auto fitted as
well to handle the grunt.

Check out 'outerlimits' and the 'patrol4x4.com' forums, there's quite a few guys there that have the LS1 & 2 fitted that hang out there, half an hr searching and you should have some good leads on guys that have that combination, then just MM them and ask for info you are after.
