Help Needed: Landcruiser 100 series Estate Winch Bar Indicators

Hi all
I recently bought a landcruiser 100 series estate winch bar (alloy) but it doesn't fit the indicators from the existing alloy bar (think its an estate bar too).
The hole for the indicators is much narrower and longer and I can't seem to find these indicators anywhere (ebay, parts stores etc).
Any suggestions whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. The size of the 'hole' is 24cm long by 4cm wide. They are pretty much rectangular but not 100%.

Why not simply buy some fough led type and mount ? They are waterproof, shockproof and will last 10 times longer than the originals. Just screw them over the holes as they have a very low profile

A lot of L/C blinker /parker lights fit into a black adapter housing this may be what you are missing.Have a look in a used Toyota car yard and see what I mean.
