Time to try this caravanning lark out..so off to Jingellic we went. Van towed
well,
with no issues...Jack managed 16L/100km..so happy with that too, considering a fairly hilly run via Adeling,
Batlow &
Tumbarumba. Self imposed max of 90 kph seems
comfortable so will lock it in.
I think this may be old news but the reserve on the Murray is one of the best free camps we've found. Shady,grassy,waterfront, flat...pub 50m away with ex meals.
Loos & showers (Fee). Fairly busy but ok..imagine bedlam in holidays, but one for
the black book. We will definately return.
Caravan living is very simple, after C/t years, & general consensus with the childbride
was most agreeable...so the big trip west in May is....ON...bewdy..........oldbaz.

We are heading off down that way tommorrow and intend spending a couple of nights on the Murray. Specifically which reserve do you refer to please? Can you give us a reference in camps aust wide? cheers. Pete

I cant put my hand on the Camps book, but reserve is right in Jingellic..cant miss it.
