i'm about to install diff breathers on my 80 series. i can find the rear diff breather no worries. Am i right in thinking the front diff breather goes up into a plastic box???? Also, i have no idea where the transfer and gearbox breathers are, can anyone try to explain it to me?
Finally, i bought a breather kit off eBay, and it is polyurethane tubing, is this ok to use?
Thanx

Hey jamdan,
On my 100 series, the front diff breather did go into a plastic box.
Run your main line from the back diff all the way up to the fire wall. Reach up over the top of the gear box/transfer case and there are two tubes, one from transfer and one from gear box. They tee into one and go to another plastic box. Cut this line close as you can to the plastic box and then tee it into the new main line. I ran a separate line from the front diff up the fire wall using the plastic box bracket. Finish off with filters.

Hope this helps.
