Anyone contemplating driving in western NSW would be advised to check the current
conditions. Closures include the Silver City Hwy from Wentworth to Broken Hill & most
unsealed roads to the QLD border. All sorts of flood warnings for Southern NSW as well. Only had 5mm today in the Yass area, but forecast is for 40-80mm per day
for next 3 days. Unheard of amounts of rain, & statistically unlikely, but you never
know. Will report back if I havent gone down the crick..:)))).......oldbaz.

Looks like outback South Australia is getting a drenching too with several road closures, Mt Dare is reported to have had 80 mm, you're probably on your own out there Jeff hope you are surviving.
Cheers

G'day Oldbaz

For the first time ever we have called off a 4-day camping trip to Ben Boyd NP based on the forecast. They'd better be right.

Cheers
John
