Off camping this weekend and I need to get some new O rings for my Primus gas fittings. Does anybody know what the O ring dimensions are? Mine are perished and falling apart. Maybe someone knows the BS number.
Thanks

Sorry, I meant the O ring number, not the BS number.

Cheers Tony. Had a look on there today and came up with a big fat zero. Tried 3 large camping stores as
well with no luck.

Hi
Just go to one of the big name camping stores - they should have them.
Cheers

Did that today with no luck. I saw some Kookaburra ones a few years ago in the
shop at
Wilpena Pound. I got mine thru a bearing supplier last time but since changing jobs I don't have access to them anymore. I might have to give them ago as a retail customer.

Ok
I noticed I needed a new one today myself. Internal dimensions of the O ring are close on 1cm. O rig itself is about 2mm, Not sure this info is of any use.
Cheers

Greg, I went to measure the only intact one I had. As soon as I tried to pick it off the fitting it fell apart. Will ring my old bearing supplier tomorrow.

Older Primus stuff used some non-std sizes that I found I could only get by contacting Primus Aust. But these days there not as good at carrying old spares.

Clarke Rubber have a good range of o-rings. The guys at Nunawading have been very helpful in the past. Possibly take the gas fitting in with you to double-check the sizes.
