High Country

Hi
I was wondering what the tracks are like in the high country at the moment. We will be pulling a KK with a Prado.
Thinking of going down the Howqua Hills rd down to Eight Mile Gap and then across to King Billy Trk and down the Howitt Rd.

Bloody wet!

Sorry - cant be much more helpful but given the massive dumping of rain over the area over the weekend there is likely to be some damage. Try Parks Victoria website for road closures.

G'day Lachie,

Mt Buller had 93mm of rain for the 7 days to today including 53mm on 01.03. King Billy Track is rated Meduim but could be more like Difficult if it copped a lot of run off and with your trailer in tow. It's fairly rocky which can provide a bit more traction when it's wet. I hope it's dried a bit by the time you tackle your trip. All the best,

TJ..
