Hi All
Just want to share our great news with our EO friends
We had a very exciting day at the Caravan & Camping Show today, we purchased our new caravan, a Golden Eagle, have been looking for the
past 4 years and finally settled on the 1st van that we liked 4 years ago!!
At this stage we are not going to sell our camper as we still like to go bush.

Cheers
Julie

Congratulations Matt & Julie.
I know how excited you must feel - we also have ordered a new van but its only another 2 months to go for us.
Did you enjoy the reseach/pre order stage?
I did a lot of research on vans and set up a spreadsheet to compare the features with each manufacturere we had on my short list.
Our search started mid 2011 at the Brisbane caravan show and took about 6 months to finally make a decision.
I also was surprised that in a so called economic slow down (post GFC) nearly all manufacturers have long waiting lists.
Anyway enjoy the excitement of the wait and many happy holidays once you get your new van.
Cheers
