Am struggling to ‘upload’ ‘treks’ from oziexplorer web site onto ozieplorer maps

Have looked through the forum but notes on there are a little out of date

Could someone please advise the steps to doing these tasks

Thanks in Advance

G'day Chris,

my method (and it seems to work OK) is to download the trek file from Exploroz and save the resulting .plt file (and the .wpt file if that is included) into the data folder for Oziexplorer. I generally rename it too as the trek file name is usually something like "EO017.plt" The track file can then be loaded into the map you have currently displayed. I assume you know how to open maps and load track and waypoint files from the data folder.

Cheers

John
