Hi
Gordon,
Was up there Tuesday this week and the road past Angorichina to
Blinman was closed but there is a bypass through
Glass Gorge. The road from Parachilna to Angorichina is still passable that includes most of
Parachilna Gorge.
Cheers
Graham

Thanks Graham. I'm slightly confused though. The road from angorichina to
blinman is closed....but then you say it's still passable?
I'm heading out that way over
easter too and meeting some friends. As they are knew to the whole camping experience was hoping to drive them through all the gorges.

Hi
Gordon,
The road from
Blinman to Angorichina is closed. We came in from the Parachilna side and at the turn off to
Glass Gorge, which is at the moment the detour to
Blinman, there is a sign allowing traffic to Angorichina but not beyond.
I'm guessing that there is a problem with part of the road that runs along the side of the cliffs between Angorichina and
Blinman.
Hope that explains it.
Cheers
Graham

I met someone yesterday who had been up there last week - road gang re-doing the
Parachilna Gorge Rd - closed as a through road, as mentioned above....see [
http://www.dpti.sa.gov.au/OutbackRoads/outback_road_conditions/area_1_flinders_and_gammon_ranges ] - doesn't state any dates though.

There should be a law preventing people camping at
Parachilna gorge while i'm working over easter. we pulled in there last July for one night and left 4 days later only cause we had a date in tununda. That place taxes the senses its afantastic place enjoy it guys.
