Wonder if anyone can tell me how to turn off the light on the dash after the belt has been changed !! Sounds pretty simple but I could do with details !!

Yeah had the same thing - There is a little black cap on the clear perspex cover in front of the speedo. Pull this little cap out and then using the master reset tool (a bent paper clip, or long small screwdriver) you will see a little button behind the removed cap press it when the vehicle is running and the light will go off and be reset to come on again in 100000 kms.

Thanks... not that difficult after all....thought at first the 'sender' might be back behind the belt or some other tricky spot !!

Just before one of our trips early on with the cruiser I noticed that the timing belt would be due to be done before I got home. My mately the mechanic showed me how to turn of the light. Lo and behold up around Isa somewhere the cruiser clicked over 100000ks and the light come on . I used a Light difusing apparatus and clicked it off. The Navigator/secretary and she who knows everything made the comment "
well that saved us a few bob didn't it". If it was only that easy!! :-)
