hey doing a trip to the cape and was wondering if permits were reqired to hold fire arms in certain areas .if anyone has done some hunting up there info would be great as i have tried my local
police station and ssaa who all cant give me a straight ansaw.i wondering if a leter from a land owner up there could be the go

You'll have better luck getting an answer on a hunting site.
Also why not ask the Qld
police? Or ring the Qld firearms mob.

we went out with one of the Locals up there, which will help out with land ownership, legals and the coppers.
20Ltrs of diesel for him, and went out all day, and was invited back to his house for the feed
