I HAD MY UNI JOINTS REPLACED AROUND TWO MONTHS AGO I'VE BEEN OUT 4WDING ONCE SINCE AND THERE STUFFED AGAIN I ALSO HAVE A RANCHO LIFT KIT WOULD THIS MAKE A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN WEAR AND TEAR AND IS THERE A BETTER CHOICE OF UNI JOINT AVAILABLE. REGARDS ROB.

Hi Bob,
How much of a lift have you got on the Wrangler? Lift kits exagerate the angles that the uni joints have to work in and may cause this.
To have uni joints worn out within 2 months is extreme however not impossible. It happened to me with a Kingswood about 19 years ago when I was a
young fella that knew everything. I disassembled the new uni joints and didn't put them together cleanly (ie grit got into them) before installing them. They only lasted about 2 months. No lift kit involved.

Yes a lift will put more strain on some components... It increases the tailshaft angles, thus causing the Unis to be on more of a strained angle... Its a common thing to happen.
You can get ARB Gearbox Packers, that lowers the gearbox/transfer case down a little to lessen the exaggerated tailshaft angles.
For better choice of components, try the Jeep
