Hi Bob:
I know that a few of the 4WD clubs use
Stockton for their sand driving training (where I did
mine with the Toyota Lancruiser Club) and they have just about every known brand and type of 4WD in attendance. If you are pretty relaxed aout sand driving I don't forsee you having any major problems.
If you can't go up, just come down again : )
Happy New Year.

Hi Bob
Stockton beach has varying degrees of terain that you can explore in just about any 4x4. You should have no problem in the Hilux, a friend of mind had the same car and had a great deal of fun.
On
Stockton anything you cant get over you can usually go around without much problem.
Cheers
