We stayed at Alexander Cameron Motor Inn. Good motel, quite new and with big rooms. Recommended. Discovered the historic precinct (Petticoat Lane) as
well as Mary McKillop's first school. Ate at the Prince of Wales hotel. Exterior is not much but good meals and friendly staff. Royal Oak hotel nice, too, but meals more than we wished to pay at the time. All in all, a good place to break your journey.
