We came back on Friday 2nd at 1pm and we were the 6th vehicle in the rank on the
Birdsville side and there were 3 others on the other side. This time it took us 1.5 hours to cross and there were 3 cars behind us by the time we crossed. I cant think of a better place to have to spend some time waiting. The guys doing the work are great to chat with and we had a laugh with them on both crossings. People are
camping on the edges by the crossing.
