Review: Coober Pedy - SA

The town's history is very interesting but it is an ugly town and the surrounds are dotted with old and current piles of rubble from the opal mining. The saving grace was the Breakaways outside Coober Pedy are really something special and certainly worth the short drive. Stayed at the Big 4 van park and the sites were only just large enough to put a camper trailer on and the surface was like concrete!!
