Typical Murray River forest - Red Gums, grassed alluvial sand, some scrub but generally open understory. Low, level banks with beach. Plentiful bird life - magpies and white cockatoos.

pleasant bush camp, except for noisy speed boats on the river (boat ramp opposite).
