Burringurrah Community consists of about 40 houses, in which up to 150 indigenous and non indigenous workers live. The community has a swim pool a
recreation centre and is currently developing a telecommunications centre. At the time of writing Nov. 2011 it does not have a
shop which is quite a problem for the people who reside in the community. I write this from personal knowledge of the community as I was acting CEO of the community for an 8 week period 2011. Regards Dave Murray.
