gday,
does anyone know if the steel rims found on lower spec Gu III Patrols will fit
my 03 str Navara? It has 255/70/R16 on at the moment. What I want is a 2nd spare wheel and tyre, so maybe another alternative is to find another Navara wheel, maybe someone has sourced a Navara steel spare somewhere before.

cheers
dd

hey Dingodigger,
I was just flicking through the fishnet forum and somebody mentions about putting alloy Patrol wheels on their STR. But in the same breath they say there was an insurance problem. Check it out on Fishnet.com.au

sounds too wide
outside of flares is illegal
the offset with those rims really only allows 235
depending on angle of car if level or not .
try one on1999 NISSAN NAVARA DUALCAB

Yes and no.

Yes from a mechanical fact, but the offset is way off.

You would need an engineers certificate though. Probably some flares too.
