what size spanner do i need to undo the manual transmission drain and refill plugs on a troopcarrier 4.2 diesel hjz75 . and does anyone know if the plugs on the trasfer case are the same size . any help appreciated .

All the Tojo plugs should be 24mm or 15/16"AF, for both diffs, g'box and t/case.
Don't use too much force to do them up again, or they'll be extremely difficult to undo later. Have seen plenty end up "round", requiring the welding of another nut on to remove them.
Gregory's manual says "37 Nm for drain and filler plugs"

"49 Nm for Diff plugs", suppose g'box tension is less because of alloy case.
