Heading up to the Cape in the last week of May. It's traditionally around this time I guess the water starts to subside and the tracks start to open.
Anyone got any
feedback on how things are progressing up there?

You should be ok. The water is still subsiding up here. The roadworks will still be in full swing then so drive carefully. It also is according to where you want to go and your vehicle? There are lots of variable's! Some area's may still be closed. We are going camping at the Archer River this weekend so we will see how the road is then I guess!!
