I purchased the 4WD map pack and also ordered the Fraser Island map, not realising that it was included in the 4WD pack. Any chance you can notify customers if this occurs. Only saves a couple of dollars, but it all helps.

Hi Ron,
We have an inbuilt facility in the
shop which will not allow us to ship an item if it has been ordered twice on the same order (this means that if you want more than one unit of an item you need to change the Qty in the
shopping cart rather than add to the cart twice). However, as the Hema map packs are processed as "one" item (means we don't pack each map separately as Hema have alreacy packaged them into a binder to sell as a collection), we can't pick up on the double-up.
I would however be happy to refund the cost of the map to you if you are willing to post it back to our warehouse. I have just sent all of details to you via email.
