Can anyone help, I seen a post on here in March 2012 about a Nissan burning below Broken Hill on its way to the West. I told a few mates about this and went looking for the post tonight but can't find it.

Anyone know the post ID number please.

Cheers Glenn

G`day BW,

Nothing to do with the question of this post and a bit off topic, but when I Clicked on the "Burned Patrol" link my anti virus blocked it saying that it was an " Attack Page" etc.

???

Scrubby.

I've been getting the same warning for the last three weeks on the Patrol4x4.com site.

Yes, I dunno what's going on with that Nissan Patrol site. Someone has advised Google that there's malware on the site, so a Google search turns up a warning that the site may harm your computer.
I also use Chrome as a browser, and Chrome won't open the page and warns me to avoid the site.

However, my Malwarebytes program doesn't tell me that there's malware on the site. Malwarebytes is the one I believe, it's brilliant for stopping malware.
If you click on a website containing malware, it senses a malware download and blocks the site instantly - and a little pop-up in the lower RH corner tells me access to the site has been blocked.

The Nissan Patrol forum admin need to be advised that Google has incorrectly marked their site as a malware site. They can contact Google and have the warning removed.

With the ever-increasing amount of electrics and electronics on modern vehicles, along with a drive to reduce wiring thicknesses to save on todays very expensive copper, I'd expect this is a sight we are going to see, a lot more often.

Just make sure your insurance is comprehensive and that you have cover for vehicle contents. Once a fire starts, you have literally only seconds to grab what you can, because the incredible heat generated will prevent you from grabbing most items. You could easily lose another $3,000 in contents if they aren't covered.
