Rod you would be better off raising this one on a Friday. They have a thread for this sort of thing each week.

Hi Rod,

Unfortunately I cannot offer the unit to you at that price - the cost is $699 plus you'll receive a free ExplorOz Membership (valued at $49.95) and free overnight courier delivery (we don't hold stock in our office, it's all sent from our warehouse in SA).

Should you wish to place an order, please see the item page.

Is this a genuine exploroz member post ?
Looks like some of the spam one receives when they are trying to rip you off.
Maybe not but the wording sort of gives it away.

Rod W,

Email I received last week:

"I offer you $700 for your item. What is your best price ? I have you pay by PayPal, the safest and most secure way to pay. I have a friend collect it from you"

Sort if looked the same to me.

Dont think the forum is the best place to negotiate your purchase.

It appears to be how this site is set up. In that I was looking at the item in question on this site and it has a question section so I asked the question for a better price (thinking its private) but then I noticed the whole world can see.
