Hi Gone bush...
That would be the Clyde Mountain on the Kings Highway between
Canberra (more specifically
Braidwood) and the South Coast ...Bateman's Bay in NSW.
regards,
Heather

In NZ that would be referred to as a "minor slip" and the road would be open within a couiple of hrs - albeit it with caution...

Fair go there mate. We have to have the Enviro Impact Statment carried out. OH&S have to investigate it. Maybe the Painters and Dockers will want to get involved, it all takes time HA.

Not without an environmental statement regardless of holding a permit!!
Didn't you know we only accepted NZ apples when they agreed to accept our red tape.

The weather gods obviously don't want us country types going to the coast.
As far as I know Brown Mtn down south is still closed by a landslide, and now the Clyde as
well....
We were at
Hill End for
Easter and the
Bridle Track was shut too....
Need a landslide anywhere?
Just invite me to visit and one will happen............

The Brown was opened just before
Easter. Just one lane to start. Not sure whether they have finished all repairs yet.

Came up Brown Mountain Sunday afternoon because the Clyde was closed. Both lanes opened, and as far as I can tell all fixed except for painted lines.

as SDG said , brown mountain is open - they were going to do a quick fix , but they took a little longer and done the job better with better reinforcement

cave, years ago put a 44 gal drum painted yellow with the words poos honey & 2 paw prints there, kids for generations have always kept an eye out there in hope of seeing him

Jeez, you'd be wanting to change into your brown corduroy trousers, if you saw that coming down, right at the time you were traversing that very spot, wouldn't you? .... [:-O
