Review: Australian Bush Cooking - Spiral Bound

In a word, this book is very comprehensive. It is particularly useful for people who may not have used a camp oven very often. I found the initial advice section helpful. Although much of the advice was familiar, there were new things to learn. The synopsis of the book's contents was accurate & provides a clear overview. However, because the book is so comprehensive , I would make a list of recipes to try on a trip in order to minimise the number of ingredients I'd need to pack. It's a worthwhile purchase because it offers quite an imaginative approach ot camp cooking and, of course, the recipes can also be cooked at home.
