Review: The Complete Caravan Chef

This recipe book really suited my needs. The variety of recipes using a very limited number of ingredients suits our type of trip. We'll not be having extended stays so will cook on a 2 burner stove & will not take a camp oven. The quanties are for 2 people, another advantage as many recipes are for larger numbers. The recipes are simple but tasty and offer plenty of variety. The book also adapts recipes for a thermal cooker. [I have an under-used one. I have more understanding now of how to adapt my regular recipes.] The initial hint/advice section was valuable - there's always something new to learn. Despite space limitations, I'll be taking this book on our trip.
