Review: Fountain Springs - QLD

A very nice place although absolutely no facilities. You will need to be self sufficient to camp here but it is well worth the effort. It is highly unlikely that you will find anyone else there so the silence will deafen you. There are many old mines in the area so if you come across any you will need to be a little cautious. Most miners just walked away when they finished mining in those days so be wary of unstable ground. Due to the really dry climate, a lot of the relics are in guite good condition.
