Does anyone know of a good spring operated hinge that can be fitted to the door of a caravan? I have tried to get one of those old fashioned spring steel rod type hinges that were fitted to wooden flywire doors. Any clues ? Needed to keep a couple of free loader pets INDOORS! thanks johno

Some of the aluminium screen door suppliers have some excelent fiber loaded black plastic sping hinges with stanless springs in a couple of different configurations.
try the screen door isle at a big hardware or try a supplier that
services the screen door market.
A mate of
mine used to use em on magic props, for snaps and traps...excelent hinges and good strong springs....and they never squeak.
