Anybody had any experiences, or heard any good or bad reports .

Remember heating anything with 12 volts will be a fools erand.

Its simply a matter that 12 volt systems can not deliver or store enough energy to do the job effectivley.

If you want to heat something, the most effective way of doing it is to burn something.

Not sure about that particular type, Telstra use a unit called "Handiwash" runs on 12 volts draws about 9 amps and heats the water to 60 degrees Celsius
The unit takes about 15 minutes to heat up and holds 8.5 liters. It has a thermostat which turns of at temperature and another which cuts the supply off if it runs dry. It has both hot and cold taps and a bowl that empties when you fold it up. I have one and it works a treat.
