Hi Guys , I need some help please as to how to remove the radio from Navara D40,reason is the front right hand speakers become active intermittently. I've changed the speakers with the left ones & still probs on right side. Possible loose connections at rear of radio unit [ they just aren't the same as the old Morris 8 or the FJ ] just can't get at it from the top without sliding the unit part way out
hope one of the techos can help
cheers Tony N

Hi Tony,
Check out youtube
http://youtu.be/xwALGobz4cc.
This is a 2005 nissan pathfinder rafio removal. I have a D40 2006 and this was very similar.
Not to difficult.
If that link isn't correct do a search for 2005 nissan pathfinder radio removal.

Tony - Don't forget you'll need the radio security code to get the radio to work again, if you disconnect the power to it. If you've bought the vehicle new originally, the radio security code will be in with the owners paperwork or manuals. However, if you've purchased the vehicle used, you may not have the security code.
Cheers - Ron.
