all good so far, we have been getting more and more tourists each day and reports are the Calvert is only about 200mm deep, some 2wd utes are comin in and have continued on and we have not seen them come back so they must have got through ..... Doomadgee Roadhouse by the way !!!!!!
Some roadworks happening between us and Wollogorang so be aware of graders and trucks carting gravel also some crossings still have water in them so dont go fast, road conditions by reports are the best ever seen........

We were in Normanton last week tossing up whether or not to go that way back to Darwin, it rained again that night so decided to go via Mt Isa. The word is that it is still pretty rough in places.
