Many readers here would have bought fuel from Merv at the

I am sure we will be dropping in to say hello to Merv and top up with fuel when we pass through
Windorah on the next OE gathering when we head out to CW Qld in June.

He reminded me of a local bloke here in
Bendigo who restores old cars, makes parts for new and old, uses drills, micrometers and produces many parts by machining them on a lathe.
Have seen him make parts others with sight would have great difficulty doing, or not able to do, and probably not finished as
well.

when you see him work it is pretty to watch. The way he relies on you being honest is also something that gives you faith in human nature.
His prices are also very reasonable.
