G'day, anybody have some recent travels on this road? We are looking at pulling a Cub Drover through here in late July after staying at Undara and on our way to Carnarvon Gorge.

Hi Foot
Not recently but travelled that road last Sept and it was quite good. We towed a 2.5 tonne "dirt road" Van without issue. There was a fair amount of roadworks at the northern end that should be completed by now. If you have the time stop at Porcupine Nat Park just north of Hughenden the Gorge was very pretty.

Cheers Pete

Travelled it some years ago..it was mostly dirt then but a good road, I doubt that it would have deteriorated as apparently there is ongoing work on it...if it was very wet then maybe it would be a bit of a challenge. We were in a Falcon wagon with camper trailer and did it easily....cheers
