Geraldton bore blocked

The
Geraldton Bore (Gunbarrel) appears to be blocked at 13 metres. (water should be at 16 metres). I don't know if any one keeps a record of this sort of thing, or goes round
clearing blockages, but if someone else does know, perhaps they could pass on the information.
The blockage feels as though it could be something like a jammed billy can. I could get a hooked bit of wire past it, but couldn't get a hold of it to pull it up.

Maybe Ned Kellys ghost was looking down there and lost his tin lid. He's a bit far from
home though.
I beleive there is also a stuffed
bore on the Canning. Apparently a Goanna did some damage.I may be mad but I'm not crazy
