I contacted Narva on Wednesday as my 3 year old Narva Ultimate 220
driving lights have developed a crack in the housing. I thought fair enough as they have copped a hiding traveling to
Cape York ,
Simpson Desert and a number of central aus trips.
Anyway without hesitation they offered to send me out replacement housings at no charge, I was not asked how old they were or if I had hit anything or even proof of purchase. The courier dropped them off to me today.
Reading a thread here earlier in the week of poor customer satisfaction from another light supplier I thought it justified to give a company a wrap when they have given great backup service.
No affiliation etc, just a satisfied customer.

I think from memory early Narva 220 lights were cracking and they did an upgrade and offered it to there existing customers for free.

One of my 225's cracked and fell apart too (Sandy Blight
Junction Track). They replaced it without fuss.
