Apparently there may not be enough room under the bonnet of a 76 series Landcruiser to instal a heat exchanger. Does any one know if it has been done?

I placed a glind in my LC 79...and I am sure the 4.5 V8 leaves less room than the earlier model with the straight 6cyl....

Talk to my guys.... outback 4WD in Melb.... They put a heat exchange under my 78 series, V8 Troop a few years ago.. It works a treat.. From memory they created some custom brackets.

Hi
My son and I fitted a glind to his 76 cruiser, we made a bracket and installed it between the intercooler and the firewall. My son will be
home this weekend and I could get him to take some pics if you would like.
regards
Ray

Thanks Ray, that should help. I thought that would be the place to install it but ARB don't think it will fit.
