Great Narva customer service

About two years ago I purchased a Narva 71302 - 'See Ezy' Compact Rechargeable L.E.D Inspection Light. I chose Narva because I have been using Narva products for many years.
At first it worked really
well but very quickly started to drop in performance. Now the battery doesn’t charge at all, including the red charge light not coming on.
I thought I’d contact Narva to give them you some
feedback and let them know.
Four minutes after I sent the email I received a response from a customer support person (I guess) giving two possible reasons for the failure; either the charger or the lamp. I knew the charger was good because it operates other devices, so I let them know.
This morning I have an email letting me know a replacement inspection lamp is in the mail.
I had actually thrown the lamp in the bin and dug it out to get the model number to let them know.
I'm confident in my purchase of new Narva 225
driving lights now, knowing how good their customer support is.
Just thought I'd let everyone know.

I recently had a similar positive experience with Narva and my cracked driving light housings
Replaced without query or question no charge.
Excellent company to deal with.
