The bitumin stops just north of the Blowholes camp site. North of there past Quobba station is indifferent and bad gravel with lots of limestone outcrops.
I would not like to take a 24 ft van past the station as the track into Red Bluff is not the best. I suggest you take a couple of days camping at Quobba Station and do a recon drive up to Red Bluff for a looksee and see if you think you can get in there.
Limited 240V Power (morning , lunchtime andl evening) are at the station caravan park and I had no problems about running my gensetin between.
Best of luck and mind those cliffs as they are treacherous for fishing and have killed a few over the years.
