Greaat place for kids, nice beaches.
Camp sites close to the beach. Last time I was there it cost $6 night, payable at
Ningaloo Stn.August is peak time, all
camp sites could be taken. Best to phone
Ningaloo stn before you head out there. Good luck, Cheers

School holidays very busy and Aug/Sept may be a little windy so take some form of wind break.
Plenty of beach type things to do for kids. Take your snorkelling & fishing & swimming gear.
N.B. In your pack you will require a chemical loo (station rules) and no fires allowed unless you have an approved fire box.
Both of these are available from Phil at the station if you don't have.

We visited
Ningaloo about 12 months ago. Very pretty place .A word of caution however. The track into
Ningaloo was in poor condition but the track to the
camping area was even worse. We towed our off road caravan in and low speed was the order of the day. Snakes were also plentiful. Perhaps another traveller can provide you with a more uptodate report on the track conditions Regards
