Hi All,

What's happening in the Simpson Desert right now? Is it still too wet to traverse? Thinking of taking dirt bikes over the dunes? Is anyone doing this right now? Cheers and Thanks for any updates! littlei

Make sure your bikes have Recreational Registration at the very least. You must also hold an appropriate motorcycle licence from the state in which you live. Rangers will check you and it's a hefty fine for unlicenced/unregistered ......yes even in the Simpson Desert Reserve and National Park.
