My Shop Item Rating:
Navigator itself is a good product - apart from a tendency to get it's charge cycle out of whack occasionally.
Good:
selection of 4wd maps
simple screen navigation - easy to use
Bad:
Windscreen mount is not up to standard - suction is too small to carry unit - basically useless - unit fell of my screen at least 8 times on last trip - for a product that has it's primary users in the 4wd market - one would have thought Hema would have put more effort into it ! My 7 year old HP ipaq has a significantly better mount - Hema need to address this - stopped me from giving a 4 out of 5 review

Hi Scott,
I'va passed this information on to Hema so that they can have a look at the mount design. They're supposed to be a hard wearing mount designed for the 4WD market, so I'm sorry to hear that you've had problems with it. Are you in need of a replacement mount? As I can organise this for you - just let me know.
