Where is Desert Surf Central on GCR

I have being reading older
blogs mentioning a breakaway spot called
Desert Surf Central on the
Great Central Road. I have been unable to locate it on my Hema
Map - Any ideas of location ?

There is a Geocache called Desert Surf's Up at 26?50.081s 125?39.322e which is near a breakaway.
