We are planing to do a trip to the red centre in May. Leaving the Sunshine Coast around may 20th. Is there anyone out there who is doing the same trip around this time who would like some company. Also is there a passable road from the
plenty highway to the road to
ruby gap nature park.

Lis, there is a turn off of the plenty which leads to Arltunga and then on to Ruby gap.I think its called the East Macdonnels 4x4 route.

lis the road from the plenty through to
the gardens is called the cattle water pass road and its very pretty drive .subrau forester have come through with time and care .
