Hi all
A friend had a Ford Courier WLT 2.5 TD engine delivered to his factory in pieces and is trying to re-assemble it. He is stuck with the engine timing.
Does anybody have a diagram on the injector pump timing marks and any other front timing gear marks please?
He has got all the balance shafts timed but is in a pickle with the pump timing.
It is the worst job, trying to put back together something that somebody else pulled apart.
Thanks in advance.
Scott

Does he want the timing gear marks that are inside the timing case in the engine oil or timing belt marks?
Thanks Graham

The timing gear marks inside the front cover.
The timing belt marks are really simple.
Thanks

They are a Nissan engine aren't they? Nissan TD25
If it is I might have the info in my manual . I've got a Navara with a TD27 deisel engine.

All good thanks.
Job done.
I don't think its a Nissan engine. Ford and Mazda are the same.
