Just one more day and then we're off on our 6 wk journey NWCoast-GRR-GRT N Hwy. Yep and wouldn't ya know it. The flu has hit
home. Hubby's gone to bed with a temp and a lingering cough and I'm not far behind him. Bring on the warm weather I say.
Well just for my trip. After that I will welcome the remaining winter cool when I return to the southwest again. See ya on the road yuall!!!
PS Got me Exploroz stickers keeps your eyes out.(We wont be the ones speeding)

Good luck people, you really know how to make us envious. For safety's sake,if you still feel crook, postpone your departure for a couple of days till you start feeling better. Nothing worse than driving/towing/concentrating when you are only at half mast. Cheers,Bob.

Thanks for your thoughts toyocrusa, but it seems I've come up trumps today and feeling fitter that a mallee bull,
well nearly, hubby still dealing with it. All the hard yakka has been done now, so I'll do the driving and us girls can do the rest as a team. Yeah sure, like he'll let us! You know, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do and all that. But we will help when he's ready. We wont be too far from civilization if things turn bad. Note to self...Positive thoughts, positive thoughts...

fortunately no flu at our place but like you we leave tomorrow for our "100 day WA national parks trip".
definitely looking forward to some warm weather
-6 yesterday, -4 this morning cannot wait to get a bit further north.
Meet up friends in Allice Springs then across the GJR to Kannawaritji before heading down the Canning to enter our first national park Rudall from the south.
then across to 80 mile for a fish before turning south for 3 months of national parks starting with
Millstream and Karijini.
our paths might cross on the nw coast
cheers
Howard
